Angie, ein alterndes Starlet, dreht für einen gierigen Produzenten noch einen letzten Film. Drehort ist eine einsame Hütte, tief in einem unheimlichen Wald. Während der Dreharbeiten begegnet sie Henry und seiner süßen, kleinen Schwester Patti, zwei seltsamen Kindern, die in den Wäldern leben. Am zweiten Abend wird die Crew brutal angegriffen. Angie und die anderen verschanzen sich in der Hütte, die wie eine Todesfalle erscheint, umgeben von einem unerbittlichen Feind. Einer nach dem anderen wird auf brutale Weise abgeschlachtet. Haben die beiden Kinder „Hänsel“ und „Gretel“ etwas mit diesem Horror zu tun?
